As far as my art goes. I did finally get a D70s. It is amazing. I can’t afford a nice lens, so I'm stuck with my 35mm wide angle that looks like butt on a digital. I also found this old manual 50mm Nikkor prime lens that my sister in law gave me years ago. I like it better. I think I’m going to start buying more old manual lens for my digital.
I started screen-printing this summer. I love it. I’ve made a few posters and shirts. My plan is to convert my photographs into screen printed posters. But it’s too cold outside now, so Im going to have to wait until spring to start printing again.
School is going well. My design professor is a concert poster designer. and his work is amazing. Im super siked to have him. Next semester is going to be kicking my ass though. Im going to be taking Design 4, Drawing 2, and Intro to Photo. 3 studios is alot, but i figure, if i want to be a designer and photography, I have to be able to handle it.
I want to get out there are start doing more freelance stuff for other bands besides the Domino Theory. I had a web site finished pre-computer melt down. But its all gone now. I was going to call myself Private Eye Design. But now i figured it doesnt make sense, since its just me. And my last name is an interesting enough name. So ill just go with "Norcross.... something." An old high school teacher always asks me how Norcross Industries is doing.
I need to get back to work..
